Teaching Staff

The teaching staff is a key factor behind the training quality that has made Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten successful.

One of Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten's greatest points of pride and confidence in its educational quality is its teaching staff. With the goal of building a modern, high-quality learning environment, the school has, since its earliest days, focused on recruiting and developing both Vietnamese and international teachers who are highly qualified, dedicated, talented, experienced, and always eager to explore new frontiers of knowledge.

We believe that "the best teacher is one who teaches with the heart, not just from textbooks" - someone entrusted with shaping young minds must have strong professional ethics and give their full commitment to teaching. Every teacher at Lac Hong Bilingual Kindergarten has graduated from a school of education, such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Education or Hanoi National University of Education, or brings teaching experience from other reputable early-childhood education environments.

In particular, our foreign teachers must hold a degree in Early Childhood Education, have proven experience and effective methods for teaching English to Vietnamese children, and have professional experience in international settings.
